They can be simple microwave ovens designed just to heat up a cup of tea, to act as a grill for cheese on toast, or may actually be used to cook vegetables in a special way as so many high class restaurants do. Whatever the function when they cease working they will possibly cause a drop in revenue in the kitchen. They have become a stable of the chef and thus sourcing replacement parts rapidly is a necessity. Commercial microwaves are essentially no different to domestic ovens save that they are larger and can be more powerful. The only proviso is that Health and safety regulations need to be considered and thus having sourced the parts on-line they will need to be professionally fitted.
